Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim for client satisfaction, but refunds are subject to the following rules:
Cancellation
- Project can be cancelled before work starts
- Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible
Refunds
- No refund after design work has begun
- Partial refund may be considered only if no major work is completed
- Completed or delivered projects are non-refundable
Delays
Delays caused by missing content or approvals from the client are not eligible for refunds.
